Position Summary
Responsible for regular tax filings, export tax refund and analyze complex tax activities, complete the General Ledger tax provision posting related to month end closings.
Monitor tax regualtions and related changes to support and ensure the tax optimization of ZEISS Greater China and to mitigate the related tax risks. Work closely together with the Group Corporate Tax departement to assure compliance torwards tax regaultion realted to Transfer Pricing.
Job Description
Main Tasks
- Monthly, quarterly tax return and annual Tax Filing make sure follow up company’s rules.
- Deal with tax refund for export tax
- Prepare CIT defer tax calculations and review CIT annual filing working paper
- Well filling tax documents and VAT invoices monthly
- Prepare other tax documents and reports based on tax bureau requirements
- Handling withholding tax with non-trade business
- Annual check for each entities and branches with relevant government request
- Coordination of relevant audits (internal and external) processes
- Prepare tax plans based on the newest announced tax law and regulations
- Drive changes related to tax law and regulations pro-activily and inform about to be taken counter measures timely
- Give suggestions to improve the accounting rules and tax saving base on monthly/yearly tax report, means provide tax optimization proposals to management
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
Education
- University degree: BA, major in Finance or other relevant discipline,
Experience
- At least 2-3 years experience focus on Tax,
- Familiar with both national and local updated laws, regulations, policies of accounting and tax
- SAP experiences would be appreciated
Other skills
- Knowledge about IFRS and local GAAP
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Cooperation and teamwork
- Sound communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work under pressure
- Loyalty, reliability
- Attention to detail
- Able to maintain confidentiality
