職責(zé)描述： 1. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Steering Products launches on time and budget. Ensure that these teams achieve all customer and company requirements for (new or changed products) programs including quality, cost, delivery, product performance and customer satisfaction—a “flawless launch”. 2. Ensure the advanced product quality planning (APQP) process is established, documented, implemented and followed according to QS-9000/TS16949 procedure. 3. Manager programs in accordance with ZF new product introduction management system requirements (GDPEP). 4. Serve as the expert in customer launch systems including timing, documentation and interaction. 5. Ensure the team develops/finalizes special characteristics, design reviews FMEA, establish actions to reduce potential failure modes, develop and/or reviews control plans and communicate variance to plan early so issues can be addressed. 6. Manage product launches for products both supplied out of other ZF locations for sale in Asia, or products designed by ZF and introduced to local manufacturers by associates, joint ventures and licensees in the region. 7. Maintain good communication within the company, customer and suppliers 8. Maintain program cost reporting against budget. 9. Other tasks assigned by leader. 崗位要求： 1.At least 5 years’ related experience in industry (Automotive background an advantage). 2.Bachelor’s degree of engineering or equivalent. 3.Full business English in both oral and written. 4.Able to operate PC based software programs and operate automated business systems. 5.Professional Certification (PMP) preferred. 6.Previous knowledge of Steering, mechanical related assembly or machining products and manufacturing technologies preferred.
