Supervisor: Dr. Lijun Cao

Research Direction: Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, selected for the National Outstanding Young Talents Program (Overseas). Dr. Cao received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Northwest A&F University and his Ph.D. in Genetics and Genomics from Iowa State University (USA). From 2019 to 2025, he conducted postdoctoral research at Duke University and the Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI). His research focuses on signal transduction mechanisms and resistance regulation in plants under biotic and abiotic stress. III. Requirements

IV. Compensation and Benefits

1. The postdoctoral contract period is 2 or 3 years, with an annual salary of over 330,000 RMB. 2. The province and city provide a living allowance totaling 360,000 RMB per eligible postdoctoral fellow.
