Responsibilities 崗位職責(zé)
Machine parts by NC machines per MOT and SOS or Job Folder requirement
按 MOT 和 SOS 或Job Folder 的要求數(shù)用控機(jī)床加工零件
Abide the assignment of production coordination. Fixture and tooling preparation
服從生產(chǎn)協(xié)調(diào)安排. 工裝和刀具準(zhǔn)備
Follow shop order requirements and complete scheduled daily production
按計劃完成每日生產(chǎn), 滿足車間生產(chǎn)指令要求
Set-up and operate machines per written instructions to produce quality parts
按書面程序設(shè)置和操作設(shè)備生產(chǎn)符合質(zhì)量要求的產(chǎn)品
Monitor production processes and make adjustments as required to produce quality parts, record the data on Job Folderand feedback to the engineer
監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)過程并按需調(diào)整以生產(chǎn)出符合質(zhì)量要求的產(chǎn)品, 并將調(diào)整數(shù)據(jù)填寫在 Job Folder上反饋給工程師
Work with Quality Assurance Department to reduce cost of producing quality parts with quality control
與質(zhì)量部協(xié)作控制產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量, 降低質(zhì)量成本
Work with engineers to reduce the time and cost to bring new parts into production
與工程師協(xié)作, 降低新產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)時間和成本
Monitor and maintenance on machinery and equipment, tooling and fixture
監(jiān)控和維護(hù)機(jī)床和設(shè)備,工具和夾具
Work in other work station in order to level work loads
積極參加其他工作站工作以平衡工作量
obey and comply with HSE regulation requirement; take implementation with HSE procedure requirement.
遵守和符合健康、安全和環(huán)保（HSE）法規(guī)要求和按照健康、安全和環(huán)保（HSE）規(guī)章制度執(zhí)行。
