The Retail District Director is responsible for achieving and maximizing sales and profit budget for Nike Direct Stores in assigned region. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent 5 years progressive retail experience Demonstrates strong and effective analytical business skills Thorough understanding of operations and financials including budget preparation and control Demonstrates strong multi-tasking and project management on various levels with different and converging timelines Strategic thinking Business level written and verbal communications skills in English and Chinese required Previous experience working with a premium positioned brand and understanding tactics that can both build and potentially erode brand equity a plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Comfortable working in cross-cultural environment – value diversity
