1. Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot kitchen equipment, electrical systems, and HVAC across regional stores.
2. Handle emergency repairs 24/7; ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., OSHA, FDA) and brand standards.
3. Manage preventive maintenance, spare parts inventory, and 3rd-party repair vendors.
4. Support store teams with equipment training and coordinate small renovation projects.
Job Requirements：
1. Possess professional skills in equipment maintenance and management.
2. Able to independently handle and resolve various issues during equipment operation.
3. Have good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
4. Capable of completing work tasks efficiently and safely.
