Overall Purpose:
1. Performs routine, non-routine and clerical duties to ensure office(s) run smoothly and efficiently, colleagues work in a comfortable, clean, welcoming and safe office.
2. To know how to reach individual goals.
3. Team members assist and support each other to reach team’s goals.
4. Actions, solutions, and improvements.
Main accountabilities (Main Responsibilities):
Service Management
1. Routine and regular administrative work, including but not limited to:
o
- Phone answering
- Mail room management
- Payment
- Contracts
- Inventory control
- etc
2. Internal
o
- Make and implement department rules, policy, SOP correctly and properly.
3. External
o
- On-site support for visitors (such as: government officials etc)
- Supervision for service providers
Environnement Management:
- office in good condition at all perspectives
People Management
1. Internal
o
- Colleagues: to provide qualified services
2. External
o
- Vendors: how to ensure they meet our needs
Event and Project Management:

- Per needs and per assignments

o
