SUMMARY:
This job is to ensure all area KPIs are achieved and objectives are met. This position is responsible for the department safety, quality and operation related to machinery. This job also looks for opportunities to improve AU, change over efficiency and technician’s skills.
Major Responsibilities:
● Implementing TPM/5S for the production equipment.
● Maintain equipment PC’s software to make sure it runs smoothly.
● Responsible for spare parts’ purchasing and control maintenance expenses.
● Implementing GMP to ensure products’ quality are compliant with company standards.
● Transferring approved SPIs into computer controlled programs and supervising the implementation of new SPIs.
● Solving quality issues together with the QA department and cooperating with Tech. Department for SPI revising.
● Responsible for the KPIs.
● Help Sr. Supervisor/Supervisor to foster HCWS.
● Giving training to engineers and key technicians.
● Issuing equipment’s monthly performance report.
● Perform other functions as assigned by the Technical Manager.
● PLC programming/ tags identification.
● Network implementation.
● Communication with machine vendors if needed, insure all PM activity LOTO was apply in region
● Paperless,Drive area digital transformation
● Continue driven regional daily CO and CI activity
● Support and conduct plant FP
