Job Description:
As an02Offering Manager02here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the offering management function. You will be responsible for developing and executing offering strategies to drive growth and profitability. Your strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's business.
You will report directly to our Sr. Offering Manager02and you’ll work out of our City, Shanghai on a Hybrid, On-site, Remote02work schedule.
In this role, you will impact shaping strategic direction, driving revenue growth, fostering innovation, enhancing customer satisfaction, maintaining competitive advantage, optimizing resource allocation, mitigating risks, and ensuring cost-efficiency. Your leadership and expertise are instrumental in driving business growth and maintaining a strong market position. As a people leader at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing and supporting our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
80Strategic Growth Initiatives: Develop and execute comprehensive offering strategies aimed at driving sustained growth and profitability across product lines.
80Market Opportunity Analysis: Define and rigorously prioritize market opportunities and customer needs through data analysis, customer feedback, and competitive assessment.
80Targeted Product Development: Identify and define sets of products aligned with customer roadmaps, undertaking product-level initiatives that promote growth and enhance market relevance.
80Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners, fostering a collaborative environment that supports mutual growth objectives.
80Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including R
