1. 5年以上果鏈整機(jī)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉蘋(píng)果工作流程；
2. 理工科專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)（機(jī)械，自動(dòng)化，材料等專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先）
3. 英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)流利，能獨(dú)自主持與客戶(hù)相關(guān)會(huì)議， 能獨(dú)立撰寫(xiě)英文郵件，熟悉英文郵件撰寫(xiě)要點(diǎn)；
4. 有激情，有服務(wù)意識(shí)，愿意出差/外派；
RD PM is responsible for RD team’s internal manpower resource planning among different projects, internal meeting and external meeting host， labs equipment management, etc.
We are the primary interface between Engineering, Operations, and Supplier/Manufacturing Partner(s)
· Evaluate manpower resources at the very beginning of projects, especially during RFI/RFQ period
· Lead the evaluation of lab equipment, and lab readiness.
· Lead the external meetings across multiple functional teams like PD, EE. Acoustic, RF and Package teams.
· Attend daily sync-up/wrap-up meetings with clients.
· Daily update MIL(Major issues list) to clients in NPI period.
· Drive closure of any issue related to PD/EE/Acoustic/RF, coordinate with DOEs conduction
· As RD contact window to work with cross-functional teams among EPM, TPM, AME and operations.
Key Qualifications
· Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment;
· Project/Program management skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
· Proficiency in report presentation
· Knowledge in Numbers, Keynote, and Pages is a plus
· Technical expertise and prior OEM/ODM management experience is a plus
· PMP certificate is a plus;
· Overseas study background is a plus
Education
