崗位職責：
1、負責項目的技術對接、電控系統(tǒng)功能定義、系統(tǒng)方案設計，技術開口項管理和技術方案交付；
Responsible for technical interface, Inverter and IPS system function definition, system design solution development, open points list management and technical solution delivery;
2、負責電驅動系統(tǒng)的功能開發(fā)，以及系統(tǒng)功能需求分析；負責FMEA、FTA、8D分析、系統(tǒng)性能優(yōu)化及功能測試驗證；
Responsible for the INV system function topology, system function requirement analysis; Responsible for the FMEA, FTA, 8D analysis, system performance optimization and function validation test;
3、參與功能安全開發(fā)，根據(jù)系統(tǒng)架構分析技術安全需求TSR，將系統(tǒng)級的安全需求分解到軟硬件對應層面；編寫安全概念和安全需求，負責功能安全系統(tǒng)階段開發(fā)及測試工作；
Take part in the function safety development, according to the system architecture Technical Safety Concept, decompose the safety requirement to HW and SW level; Compile the safety concept and safety requirement, responsible for the system level development and testing works;
4、負責在支持客戶現(xiàn)場或者工廠的技術對應或整車調試，能夠支持EMC測試
Responsible for the customer on-site technical or vehicle test support.Could support EMC test on test field such as CARTAC.
任職條件：
1.車輛工程/ 機電一體化/ 汽車電子工程/機械/電子/自動化及相關專業(yè)，電機或電機控制相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
Bachelor degree or above, major in vehicle engineering / Mechatronics / Automotive Electronic Engineering / machinery or related, major in motor or motor control is preferred.
2.3年以上電機行業(yè)、汽車零部件行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗; 在新能源汽車領域至少有1個完整項目經(jīng)驗，熟悉新能源汽車、電機行業(yè)相關標準。（可接受0-1年經(jīng)驗，相關專業(yè)優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生、已取得畢業(yè)證學位證）
More than 3 years working experience in motor industry and auto parts industry; Have at least 1 complete project experience in the field of new energy vehicles, familiar with relevant standards of new energy vehicles and motor industry.
3.熟悉驅動電機控制器產(chǎn)品，對電控,電源的結構、原理、性能、電氣原理、等方面并能把握行業(yè)新趨勢新變化。
Familiar with INV products, able to grasp the new trends and changes of the industry in terms of INV ME, performance, electrical principles etc.
4.熟悉ISO26262, ASPICE等規(guī)范，熟悉功能安全流程相關知識。
Familiar with ISO26262, ASPICE specifications, and function safety workflow related knowledge.
5.熟練使用CAN工具使用，CANape/CANOE or INCA；了解EMC相關測試知識。
Proficient usage of the CAN tools, CANape/CANOE or INCA. Familiar with the E-Axle EMC test methods and criterions.
6.能夠獨立完成相關任務，可以接受20%左右的出差安排。
Able to work indenpently and adapt to work trip up to ~20% of work time.
7.掌握英語四級及以上，書面流利，能進行英語日常交流（能做自我介紹）；日語是加分項，日語好的可放寬要求。
Have a proficiency level of English at the CET-4 or above, with fluent written skills and the ability to conduct daily English communication (able to introduce oneself); Japanese is an additional advantage, and more relaxed requirements can be made for those who are good at Japanese.
