崗位職責(zé)：

5. 定期向上級(jí)匯報(bào)銷售情況及市場反饋，提出改進(jìn)策略和建議。
6. 協(xié)助部門對銷售組進(jìn)行銷售業(yè)績效考核管理，提供相應(yīng)建議。

任職要求：
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，通信工程、市場營銷等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮。
2. 5年及以上通信行業(yè)銷售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備3年及以上銷售管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
3. 具備優(yōu)秀的溝通能力、談判技巧和團(tuán)隊(duì)管理能力。
4. 強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心和自我驅(qū)動(dòng)力，能夠在高壓環(huán)境下保持積極的工作態(tài)度。
5. 良好的市場洞察力和分析判斷能力，能夠獨(dú)立解決問題。
6. 熟練使用辦公軟件，具備一定的英語讀寫能力。

Job Responsibilities:
