Job responsibility:
a) Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements for management reporting and annual financial statement for local statutory.
b) Conduct financial analysis, providing details reports on key financial metrics and trends for month end closing to explain PL BS Flux.
c) Ensure all financials reports comply with accounting standards and company policies.
d) Maintain and improve internal control systems to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
e) Ensure the company's financial operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
f) Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, and other institution.
g) ability to work cross function with other departments to provide financial perspectives.
h) BS reconciliation, stock take, fixed assets monitor and physical checking.
i) local tax compliance filling such as GST/WHT/CIT if any.
j) Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job requirement:
a) Possess good interpersonal and communication skill, able to communicate in English is a must, Bahasa Indonesia will be advantages but not necessary.
b) 3-5 years of working experiences in finance accounting and reporting
c) Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field, CA/CPA will be an advantage.
d) Knowledge of local financial regulation and Local GAAP, US GAAP will be an advantage.
e) Tax matters and stock inventory experience.
f) SAP system knowledge will be an advantage.
g) Able to demonstrate the ability to work independently, effectively both as individual and as a team.
