Responsibilities:
? Acquire useful technology information via tech forum, customer visit, supplier visit to generate technical roadmap to support product line business growth goal.
? Work with TPL-ES, TPL-Full System, Sales, pursuit engineer to understand customer technical roadmap and potential requirements.
? Leading benchmark activities to understand competitor design and cost level, to improve Nexteer architecture.
? Generate architecture project list per the alignment with product line, customer focus team, GSM and ME team.
? Create and main EPS tech roadmap.
? Study and analyze of EPS relevant product, contribution for future EPS architecture strategy
? Leading core team on architecture projects execution through design concept to DEV test finish.
? Support business decision from technical perspective.
? Manage architecture project delivery on time and on quality per architecture development process.
? Provide tracking for cost saving initiatives deployment progress among BU and support technical solution for gap closure in line with product cost roadmap
? Support new business pursuit with new architecture design.
Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree, with major in Engineering, 3 years’ working in Automotive industry
? Familiar with ECN Process and product development process
? Good Oral English communication skills
? Good project management experience and interpersonal skills
