Job Description
Lead hardware design for electric drives and power electronics
Assist in developing product specifications, architecture, designs (BOM, schematic, layout, design documents) and product prototype
Coordinate and assist in hardware debugging, performance and qualification testing
Manage suppliers and lab facilities for sample construction
Work closely with the Corporate Research headquarter in Germany and business units on competence development and project activities
Work closely with business units in China to supply cutting edge technology solutions and to transform them to products
Execute technology scouting that covers both academia and industry in China/Asia for preparing strategic decisions

Qualifications
Master degree in power electronics or electric drives, working experience on power electronics products like motor controller, DC/DC converter is a plus
Expert knowledge and practical experiences in power converter/inverter hardware design, simulation, rapid prototyping and experimental validation
Good knowledge and experiences with EMC debugging, design and test is a plus
Good knowledge with converter control, magnetic design and tools e.g. Ansys, PLECS and Simulink
Good knowledge with electric powertrain system and components e.g. inverter, electric motor, gearbox, as well as fuel cell system are preferred
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (oral and written)
Efficient, goal-oriented, structured working style, experienced in project work
資格要求：
