Responsibilities:
?Efficiently manage administrative tasks, including timesheet processing, service report coordination, and travel expense follow-up with Copenhagen office and local finance department.
?Handle EMS (Express Mail Service) operations for the department.
?Assist in preparing expatriates' invitation letters and coordinating visiting plans
?Provide administrative support to international colleagues, assisting with various tasks related to visit and stay.
?Facilitate travel arrangements by booking tickets and managing reimbursement processes
?Maintain organized records and documentation related to projects and job responsibilities.
?Adhere to company policies and procedures, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
?Experience in administrative roles, preferably within an engineering or technical environment.
?Proficient in software programs, Microsoft, Excel, Powerpoint, Word.
?Good communication and interpersonal skills.
?Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
?Familiarity with EMS processes and international shipping/documentation is a plus.
