職責(zé)描述： You are, as subject matter expert, responsible for the Energy, HVAC and utilities strategies within your region. ? You set short- and long-term energy and maintenance goals and KPIs for your region. ? You are responsible for setting and developing the guidelines, standards and tools. ? You identify and implement energy- efficient solutions in your store portfolio in close collaboration with your markets to support global sustainability goals. You support all markets and brands within the region. Key responsibilities include: Strategy and Decision Making ? Based on the overall Energy and HVAC strategy you decide on utilities procurement strategies for your region. ? You work in close collaboration with the Regional Construction and Facilities team to set the Energy and HVAC strategy for your markets and clearly communicate this to all stakeholders. ? You prepare, present and/or analyse all business cases connected to Energy and HVAC investments. ? You continuously, by staying up to date on technology development and industry standards, propose investments and/or actions to improve our Energy and HVAC efficiency. Goals, Targets and Follow-Up ? You set regional goals and targets on energy consumption and drive these together with your markets. ? You measure and analyse all initiatives related to Energy and HVAC. ? You monitor the utilities cost and take action when necessary. Guidelines, standards and tools ? You co-create local building and maintenance guidelines and secure minimum requirements on all HVAC equipment and energy-consuming installations. ? You develop supporting documentation to assist your markets in reaching set goals. ? You are responsible for reporting your regional utility data to Global function. Collaboration ? You act as subject matter expert and support all parts of the organisation in Energy and HVAC related matters. ? You work closely with all your markets, ensuring understanding of the regional Energy and HVAC strategy as well as goals and targets. ? You work in close collaboration with Sales Market Expansion Manager to secure that lease ? agreements are in line with the regional utilities’ strategy. ? You are representing your region in Global Energy forums and act as a sustainability speaking partner towards other functions. ? You educate your market teams on Energy and HVAC Management and advise them in projects and procurement. 任職要求： ?
