Job Purpose:
This position is mainly responsible for the manufacturing process design and improvement. Including the NPI, process optimizing, process documents design fixtures and tooling design, machine study and solutions provide. Layout and capacity design. MBOM,PFMEA and site support. Etc. To assure the stable manufacturing process of Fab, Assembly and Painting to achieve the annual quality and cost goals.
Job Responsibilities
Design and improve the manufacturing process of Fab, Assembly and painting.
Be responsible for the NPI projects.
Provide the documents and information relevant to product and process. Including MBOM
design, process routine design, cycle time measurement, PFEMA list design,workshop layout optimize, standard work documents written and update, capacity analysis and procedure change according to design change.
Be responsible for the design of the fixtures and tooling, lifting appliance solutions design, machine study and solutions provide, and fixture drawing audit from suppliers.
Maintain the product information in ERP system, including process construction tree,manufacturing process, manpower time and machine time, fixture and tooling information.
Daily technique service to workshop, solve the technical problems relevant to the responsible products or zone.
Periodically audit the procedure. Including procedure accordance inspection, standard work
audit, process routine check, and accuracy audit for the BOM and main materials.
Be responsible for the quality of the process control.
Actively listen to the feedback from customers and improve the process and procedures.
Be responsible the investment on fixtures and machine within responsible area.
Be responsible for the quality improvement and efficiency acceleration.
Be responsible for the standard work training for new operators.
