Role summary
Own day to day 3PL performance in APAC and packaging material supply to regional distributors. Drive KPI delivery, cost control, and issue resolution to ensure service continuity during maternity coverage.

Key responsibilities
Manage APAC 3PL operations for Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand, including SLAs, scorecards, and QBR cadence.
Lead ongoing projects and critical case follow ups, coordinating with internal teams and 3PL partners to close gaps.
Control logistics costs and variances, track savings, and support monthly financial reviews.
Oversee packaging material supply for APAC and Hong Kong distributors, coordinating with China suppliers for on time deliveries.
Produce daily bowler and KPI dashboards, analyze failures, and drive corrective actions.
Create operational reports aligned to logistics business requirements.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
3 years in logistics/3PL operations or distribution coordination in APAC.
Strong Excel skills (pivot, lookup, basic modeling), working knowledge of Power BI.
Clear written and verbal communication; stakeholder management across regions.
Detail oriented, process driven, and comfortable with fast problem solving.

Nice to have
Experience with export packaging materials or distributor supply flows.
Familiarity with SOP/QMS and cost to serve analysis.

KPIs
3PL service levels (OTD/OTP/accuracy), case closure lead time, cost variance vs. plan, packaging OTIF, and KPI/bowler timeliness.
